Struck
by a whisper half-dead ages ago,
Ensconced in the cocoon of helpless calm, hiding in untamed waves
Of stretched tiny arms,
And eager little fingers,
Of life in bud
To be enfolded
And sung a song to;
To be promised
once and more
more and more

to etch for him(er) too his(er)
own shade of eternity.
Of it.

I have kissed you without kissing you
Held you without touching you
Left you without leavin' you
But I could never love you without loving you.
Who can take that away
from me?
Can you?

But dear,
when your smiles turn into an uneasy crescent of fragility
with each second that passes by,
I can't bear to see
what I have made of us.

But you,
you belong to the clear lucent stars
and the infinite sky
where you paint freedom
In silvery tints of your own summer and autumn,
where you have conquered the cold winds.

In the safe cove
of your dreams and your songs,
yet again
when you huddle up for the night
against the storm,
I will be fighting the same battle
Far away, out of your sight.

But you'll hear me whisper..
"Hey angel, don't you ever give up,
don't you ever give in."
You'll hear me whisper...

To hear you and your natarois
and khun-gi pakhangs
sing 'khairi kashao'
Mikup amatngdi pothanaba

Dear..
Why is it that you love only quiet, bespectacled ones?
Oh for you,
I could be quieter than this
I could stay just still like a wall,
Would you like it, dear?
For you, I could be quiet till the time
'Time' lasts.

Words had escaped
out of my window,
Leaving the door bolted.
While the 'komorebi' left behind a trail
of infinite traces,
punching holes in places,
The one/she only saw concrete lanes and bridges.
The woods was always so near..

So sweet, so sour.
